We are seeking an experienced Policy Officer/Analyst to join our team in Richmond, VIC. This is a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of renewal.

The successful candidate will work in a flexible, hybrid environment, ensuring a great work-life balance. While the role is based in Richmond, some in-office time is required.

As a member of our Analytics, Data and Actuarial Division, you will contribute to the development of impact and evaluation models, conduct in-depth analysis of policies, reports, and strategies related to budgets and outcomes, and support stakeholder consultations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis of policies, reports, and strategies related to budgets and outcomes.
  • Support stakeholder consultations to gather insights on scheme effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of impact/evaluation modelling for the NDIS.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Experience in policy analysis
  • 2-3 years of experience working in government
