Therapy Leader Position

As a Therapy Leader, you will be responsible for assessing participants' communication and swallowing / feeding skills, providing complex therapeutic interventions, supervising and mentoring junior clinicians, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting thorough assessments of participants' communication and swallowing / feeding skills
  • Developing and implementing effective therapeutic plans tailored to individual needs
  • Supervising and mentoring junior clinicians to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
  • Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
