We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Goulburn, New South Wales, Australia.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan – from toddlers through to aged care – in a variety of settings including clinic spaces, private hospitals, residential aged care facilities, schools, homes and via telehealth.
Our multidisciplinary therapy services focus on making a meaningful and rewarding impact for our clients, and we are committed to inspiring, empowering and supporting both our clients and our team members to reach their full potential.
About the Role- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
- Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Support and advise on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities.
- Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence.
- Degree qualified Occupational Therapist.
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) OR eligible for the same upon completion of a university degree in occupational therapy.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
