We are seeking a motivated sales superstar to join our Springfield team as a Sales Professional.

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences and achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create professional and personalised service for our customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s).
  • Sales Performance: Achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
  • Product Knowledge: Complete in-house training to keep up to date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.
