Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at The Athlete's Foot Springfield. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in the store's success, responsible for the day-to-day running of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximise Sales: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement.
- Staff Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer experience through prompt and courteous service, resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance: Maintain high standards of store appearance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during peak retail sales times, including weekends and peak periods.
- Fitting and Serving Customers: Assist customers with fitting and serving, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Processing Sales: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Merchandise Standards: Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, looking for the next step in your career.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with all ages and people from all walks of life.
- Personal Presentation: Excellent personal presentation, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Availability: Availability to work over weekends and peak periods, including December and January.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
