Job Title: Retail Associate

We are currently seeking a Retail Associate to join our Springfield team. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, processing specialised orders, and driving sales through providing customers with informative knowledge on our luxury and cutting-edge products.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Process specialised orders for our customers
  • Drive sales through providing customers with informative knowledge on our luxury and cutting-edge products
  • Contribute to a positive and fun team culture
About You
  • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Motivated with a drive to achieve targets
