About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Development Professional to join our Corporate Operations Group at Macquarie.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Early Careers Recruitment Partners in Sydney and driving our talent attraction, events, and engagement strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to our recruitment team, providing expert guidance on talent development initiatives.
  • Bolster existing partnerships with schools, university faculties, and societies to promote our employee value proposition and raise awareness about our diverse programs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit top-tier graduate talent, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the coordination of recruitment events, career fairs, and campus visits, ensuring seamless execution and effective candidate engagement.
  • Analyse event performance and partnership effectiveness, providing actionable insights to inform future strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving business growth through talent development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
