Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Team Member to join our team. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for performing process operations in designated work areas, cleaning and inspecting tooling and mechanical appliances, and staying compliant with safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Operations: Perform process operations in designated work areas, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Tooling and Equipment Maintenance: Clean and inspect tooling and mechanical appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Safety and Quality: Stay compliant with safety and quality requirements, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
  • Quality Checks: Perform in-process quality checks as instructed and directed, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
  • Efficiency and Improvement: Maximize production efficiencies and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement through waste elimination in our processes.
  • Documentation and Communication: Interpret production documentation and identify machine/quality issues, communicating effectively with team members and management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in process manufacturing environments and/or automotive manufacturing environments is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective communication with team members and management.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated individuals with a desire to learn and develop are encouraged to apply.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous individuals with excellent attention to detail are required to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks is essential for success in this role.
  • Physical Demands: Physically fit individuals capable of lifting up to 15kgs repetitively are required for this role.
