We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Case Manager Level 2 to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our personal injury claims team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of psychological and mental health claims from inception to finalisation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and complaints.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and stakeholders, providing clear updates and information throughout the claims process.
  • Proactively manage claims, identifying and addressing return to work barriers, and implementing strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance, contributing to the achievement of business targets and participating in departmental projects.

About You:

  • Experience in case management, preferably in personal injury insurance or mental health claims.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage competing demands, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
