Electrical Maintenance Technician Opportunity

O'Brien Electrical and Plumbing Coopers Plains is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician to work with a highly motivated customer-focused team that is poised for growth. You will be responsible for liaising with existing clients and delivering jobs within budget, time, and materials.

With over 30 years of experience, O'Brien is Australia's leading electrical and plumbing services company, offering professional services nationwide.

You will have the opportunity to work with an existing team in the residential, commercial, and hospitality/retail sectors. You will work towards client satisfaction with accurately and swiftly delivered service.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in general electrical work, including air conditioning, smoke alarms, data, and fault finding
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with customers to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ability to manage variation and changes
  • Willingness to train and support apprentices
  • Ability to work after-hours (on call)
  • Ability to lead a small team if required
  • CPR and LVR certification required and must be current

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and hold the following:

  • Electrical Licence
  • Air Conditioning Accreditation
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Industry White Card
