We are seeking an experienced Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead our Gyprock factory team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Engineering and Maintenance Team: Manage a team of skilled engineers and technicians to ensure the effective operation of the factory.
- Champion Safety and Well-being: Develop and implement strategies to promote a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
- Inspire Growth and Efficiency: Lead the maintenance team to optimize factory efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve overall productivity.
- Empower Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members to drive improvement initiatives and training programs.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Guide the factory towards achieving strategic objectives through technical expertise and leadership.
