About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Sports Administration Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sports programs.

Your primary focus will be on communicating with internal and external stakeholders, organizing meetings and training sessions, and utilizing software systems to manage player allocations and uniforms. Additionally, you will register players for competitions and state tournaments, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper administration of sports programs
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and training sessions
  • Utilize software systems to manage player allocations and uniforms
  • Register players for competitions and state tournaments
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to meet the overall objectives of the organization
