Marketing Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our national marketing team.

This role will see you contributing to firm-wide strategic initiatives, working alongside senior stakeholders, and gaining exposure to a variety of practice areas and industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client relationship activities such as events, reporting, and client insights.
  • Support go-to-market campaigns across priority practice areas and industry sectors.
  • Prepare capability statements, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate directory and award submissions.
  • Maintain and update key business development materials, including credentials, transaction lists, and online content.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational ability with the confidence to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure.
  • A proactive, can-do mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • At least 2 years' experience in marketing or business development in a related professional services environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent.
