Financial Reconciliation Operations Director

This is a managerial position within the Finance Operations team at Bank of Queensland, responsible for leading Core Banking Finance reconciliations and contributing to standardisation of Group processes.
You will be accountable for managing reconciliations across General Ledger and suspense accounts, Group payment clearing streams, BOQ branch operations, and multiple workstreams across various brands.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in reconciliations, including a managerial role within a core banking reconciliations function, and a strong background in financial services.
Key responsibilities include overseeing routine operations, navigating change management processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
