About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Performance Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the production of timely and accurate performance reporting, including monthly and annual cash earnings reports.

Key responsibilities will include collaborating with Finance and other departments to complete reporting packs, preparing the Group's forecast and budget packs for EXCO and the Board, and assisting with Half Year and Full Year MD&A reporting.

Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain budget and forecast versions in TM1, prepare ad hoc analysis and reports for management, and manage the annual budget and rolling forecasts for support functions.

About You

We are looking for a qualified professional with relevant experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis, ideally within the Banking and Finance industry. Experience in Performance Management, FP&A, or management would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and consistently meet deadlines with limited supervision.
