Disability Support Role

At our organisation, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to support people with disabilities in achieving their goals. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals to participate in various activities that promote personal growth and independence.

Key aspects of the role include providing assistance with daily living tasks, supporting individuals with their NDIS goals, and facilitating community connections through socialising and outings. You will also have the opportunity to develop important skills such as communication, empathy, and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or be willing to obtain one. You must also be able to meet physical requirements for manual handling tasks and demonstrate a commitment to privacy and confidentiality. Good computer skills and experience using software applications are also essential.
