Role Overview

This is a part-time (0.8), 12-month fixed-term opportunity to work as an Inclusion Project Coordinator at our organisation.

You will be part of our Inclusion & Experience team within People & Culture, focusing on improving diversity, inclusion and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day coordination support across inclusion and employee experience projects.
  • Manage calendars, agendas and minutes for the Belonging Committee.
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, inbox management and workplan mapping.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables and budgets.
  • Maintain well-organised records and filing systems in SharePoint.
  • Create engaging visual materials (slides, infographics, reports) – Canva experience is an advantage.
  • Support consultation with employees, consumers, and external community groups.
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks and follow through.
  • A high level of digital literacy, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams, Outlook (or confidence to learn quickly).
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating projects in any setting.
  • Confidence communicating in a professional and inclusive way.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to pitch in where needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Interest or experience in diversity & inclusion, employee experience, or public health.
  • Experience in government, not-for-profit, or purpose-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with human-centred design, change management, or project coordination.
  • Experience collecting and theming data from surveys or consultations.
  • Ability to build relationships with community groups and lead consultation processes.
