We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Overview:

This is a key role in coordinating projects that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee experience.

  • We provide day-to-day coordination support across inclusion and employee experience projects.
  • Manage calendars, agendas, and minutes for the Belonging Committee.
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, inbox management, and workplan mapping.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain well-organized records and filing systems in SharePoint.
  • Create engaging visual materials (slides, infographics, reports).
  • Support consultation with employees, consumers, and external community groups.
Requirements:
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Digital literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office or confidence to learn quickly.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating projects in any setting.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Interest or experience in diversity & inclusion, employee experience, or public health.
  • Familiarity with human-centered design, change management, or project coordination.
