About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our small, family-focused mobile NDIS provider in Sydney.
This is a full-time position offering flexible part-time options.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients of all ages, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions in various settings, including home, school, and the community.
You will play an essential role in helping clients overcome barriers, develop skills, and achieve their goals.
Key Benefits- $80,000 + super + bonuses per annum
- Fantastic incremental increase in salary with experience gained
- Achievable KPIs of 22 hours per week
- Current caseload split is 60% paediatrics and 40% adults
- Full onboarding including shadowing
- $2,000 Professional development allowance per year
- Weekly supervision from a senior OT with NDIS experience
- Autonomous working environment
- Mobile role allowing you to build a caseload close to home
- Tools of Trade reimbursed

- Tertiary Occupational Therapy qualification
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Active listener and critical thinking skills

- Current Driver's License and own car
- Current Working With Children's Certificate
