This is a senior executive position with significant responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and strategic growth across services.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager – Clinical Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of clinical and care programs, including Support at Home (SaH), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and other grant-funded services.
The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership across home and community care programs/services, oversee workflows, conduct gap analyses, and manage implementation workplans. They will also identify and develop new revenue streams aligned with aged care reforms.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualification in Nursing or a relevant clinical discipline, current registration with AHPRA, and 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in clinical operations, aged care, community care, or healthcare.
