Business Service Ambassador

As a key member of our Business & Private Banking team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to customers.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Relationship Associate team as a permanent full-time employee.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide servicing support to customers and managers within a partnership to deliver exceptional customer service and to allow managers to focus on developing, growing and deepening customer relationships.

You will be aligned to local teams and building relationships with customers through retaining local knowledge.

You will also be responsible for driving customer advocacy by being an empowered case resolver for customer servicing enquiries and supporting managers to complete customer servicing tasks.

In addition, you will be accountable for customer adoption of digital channels including education of customers to transition to self-servicing channels to simplify customer banking.

You will have the opportunity to centre excellence for onboarding new to bank customers and completion of KYC requirements including accountability for quality and time to cash metrics

You will identify ways in which we can continue to meet or better support customer needs through such as specialised requirements and engagement with our specialist bankers.

You will require knowledge in assisting functional expertise across JBWere, NEL and NAB Trade businesses.

You will review and prioritise BAU activities along with problem solving and investigations of adhoc issues.

You will proactively monitor risk and assurance requirements within agreed Risk Appetite and managing non-compliance in a timely manner

You will manage and support projects within the team.

You will participate in project /BVT and UAT when new products are introduced

A tertiary qualification in Banking & Finance or a business-related discipline is preferred.

You should have understanding of KYC onboarding compliance requirements with a strong communication skill.

You should have knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and customer self-service channels.

You should be able to deliver superior customer service on a consistent basis.

Fundamental system knowledge, proficiency in Siebel and Ebobs, SecuritEase,FNZ, and Pega is desirable.

You should be able to analyse financial and willingness to further develop business and financial acumen

Tertiary qualification in Banking & Finance or a business-related discipline (preferred)
