Food Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Ambassador to join our team. A Food Service Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Seat guests and ensure their dining experience is memorable
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food
- Run food, clear tables, and take orders in a timely manner
- Set up and pack down the venue efficiently
- Clean the environment and follow all cleaning policies
- Upsell and suggest specials to promote sales
- Provide excellent service standards and promote a great atmosphere
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a waitress/waiter/bartender, but it is not essential. We are looking for someone with a fun and engaging customer-oriented approach, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset.
