
Surgical Team Care Specialist

Job Overview:
As an Enrolled Nurse in Surgical, you will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering safe compassionate and person-centred care in collaboration with patients families and carers.
Working across all specialty areas of the unit you will be supported by a CNC and CNE on a rotating 7-day roster with 8 10 and 12-hour shift profiles available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) including a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia-approved qualification for medication administration (IV administration included).
- Previous experience in a surgical setting is desirable.
- Strong clinical communication skills with the ability to use information technology effectively and communicate clearly through written verbal and interpersonal interactions.
- A sound understanding of team nursing with proven ability to contribute effectively within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
