Job Title: Senior Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Scheduler. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality single-storey homes.

About the Role

The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for residential construction projects. This will include preparing procurement schedules, takeoffs, and materials lists, as well as liaising with site supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for residential construction projects
  • Prepare procurement schedules, takeoffs, and materials lists
  • Liaise with site supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
  • Proactively identify potential delays/issues and resolve them promptly
  • Contribute to improving scheduling processes for efficiency and consistency
Requirements
  • Strong experience in project homes within residential construction
  • Good knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and construction methods for single-storey homes
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing tasks
  • Effective communication skills, comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
