**Job Overview**

This role involves working alongside our sales team at our head office in Byron Bay. Our office boasts stunning views of the CBD and is close proximity to shops, restaurants, bars and beaches.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Assisting customers with any issues or changes to their travel plans.
- Investigating and processing refund requests.
- Managing online reviews and responding to them.
- Identifying and rectifying any agent errors.
- Conducting quality audits.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- A valid working visa for Australia.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for travel and sharing experiences.
- Multilingual skills are highly valued.
