We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our beverage and catering teams.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Providing high levels of customer service;
- Ensuring effective replenishment of food and beverage products;
- Working as a Keno Operator and Cashier;
- Cash handling duties;
- Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection;
- General cleaning duties as required.

Key attributes we look for in our ideal candidate include:

- Minimum 1-year experience in the same or similar role;
- Proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
- RSA and RCG Certificates;
- TAB Corp Basics Certificates highly desirable;
- Accurate and efficient cash handling essential;
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously;
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.

We value flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic. You will need to be available 24/7 to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
