Senior Civil Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects across the Asia Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will have strong links to the Victorian market and expertise in 3D Design (12D or Civil 3D), Design Management, and Bid writing/tendering.

  • This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled and experienced engineer who can deliver outstanding results in a collaborative environment.

This position offers the chance to develop a culture of exceptional delivery within the team, including the development of workflow processes to take a design from feasibility to detailed design.

You will be responsible for:

  • Design management, project management, and coordination of multidisciplinary civil projects within the roles of Job Manager and/or Lead Civil Engineer.
  • Coaching and mentoring young team members with respect to your technical area of expertise as well as project planning and execution.
  • Business development activities from the early identification of opportunities through to their active pursuit in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Ideally, you will be a qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia (or equivalent Professional Society) and experience working on drainage or civil engineering projects.
