Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Director to lead the delivery of engineering services for complex projects across all phases from pursuit to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Establish clear design scope, cost and schedule baselines during project pursuits and delivery.
- Manage changes in accordance with project and corporate requirements.
- Manage design project cost and schedule performance for internal and subcontract design teams.
- Define all necessary design inputs and ensure appropriate input milestones are communicated to all project stakeholders through the project schedule.
- Lead design team to deliver design in accordance with defined project technical and interface requirements.
About the Role:
- You will have minimum 15 years of experience working with Contractors and Engineering teams in the infrastructure, energy or mining/metals sectors.
- You have executed, from start to finish, a minimum of 2 projects within these sectors in the last 10 years.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in civil, electrical/mechanical, rail systems, or related engineering discipline.
- You possess strong knowledge of systems engineering & assurance as well as interface and integration management.
