Senior Financial Analyst

The role requires contributing to the development and delivery of analytics services, financial and business intelligence solutions, and insights that inform decision making and drive business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, support analysis of financial data, and prepare reports that inform planning and performance.
- Design and develop financial models and reports to enhance transparency, accuracy, and accountability.
- Develop analytics services, financial and business intelligence solutions, to support decision making and business outcomes.
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Data/Business Analytics is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in financial and/or business analysis within a complex organisation is required.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel, is necessary.
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, CA) or progress towards completion is highly desirable.
- A working knowledge of the Higher Education sector is an advantage.
