Senior Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team.
The role of FP&A Analyst involves developing financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will work closely with departments to ensure financial goals are met and risks are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses to senior management.
- Maintain the accuracy of data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Partner with departments to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process by reviewing and validating assumptions.
- Maintain accurate monthly accounts for overhead departments.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal financial policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance analyst roles.
- Bachelor's degree plus professional qualification/postgraduate studies in Finance.
- Advanced excel, reporting, and analysis skills essential.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and business partnering skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret financial data.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
