Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled financial professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounting and finance, who are passionate about delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional service.
This position will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports, analysing accounts, and providing technical advice to stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and analyses to inform business decisions
- Analyse account variances and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Consolidate and distribute financial reports to key stakeholders, including management and board members
- Develop and implement financial models to drive business growth and profitability
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a project-based construction environment
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with large-scale financial systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
