Digital Marketing Account Manager

Overview

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and collaborating with the team to achieve outstanding results.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer who is passionate about all things digital marketing, highly organised, and ready for a thrilling journey. If you have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong data analysis and research skills, and hands-on experience in content creation, copywriting, and SEO, then this role may be perfect for you.

Candidate Skills and Abilities:
  • Experienced Digital Marketer with 5+ years' experience in agency or providing solutions to multiple clients.
  • Ability to delegate tasks to team members to deliver digital marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management skills to deliver projects to deadlines and budgets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with staff and clients.
  • Strong Data Analysis and Research skills to draw business conclusions from marketing data.
  • Hands on experience in content creation, copywriting, and SEO.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload to hit deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality creative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Onboarding new clients successfully into our organisation.
  • Collaborating with the team to create highly effective B2B marketing strategies that meet client objectives and demonstrate the ROI.
  • Delegating project and campaign tasks to our team and project managing the build process.
  • Managing the client relationship via email, phone and in person.
  • Analysing client performance, reporting on results, and revising strategies accordingly.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Ensure the work that goes out is to the highest standards.
  • Build online relationships with client target audiences.
  • Engage and moderate social media communities in conjunction with client sales teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in digital marketing, design and applications.
