We're scaling up and need a key support role to the General Manager, leading Operations and Project teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operations & Project Delivery: We're responsible for engineering/design, project management, production, procurement, and warehousing.
- Project Financials: We control costs, manage delivery time-lines, and preserve margins across projects.
- Systems & Processes: We implement best practices and operational platforms.
- Team Leadership: We manage 5-7 functional leads across engineering, production, projects, procurement, and finance.
- Culture Stewardship: We maintain a transparent, merit-based culture.
The Successful Candidate
Will have a variety of skills, experience, and attitude to drive Operational performance.
An engineering or technical background is preferred.
A proven leader in project delivery with commercial accountability is required.
Experience in engineering, infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, or similar sectors is essential.
Skilled in leading technically strong teams and driving change.
Comfortable presenting business cases and influencing board-level decisions.
Grounded, humble, strategic - and not afraid to roll up sleeves.
