Job Summary

The Community Services Manager will oversee operations, develop strategies and improve service delivery. This is a newly created role with attractive remuneration & salary packaging.

Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee a newly restructured team to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across our community services programs, ensuring services meet regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee risk management, resource allocation and service performance, fostering a culture of leadership, innovation and best practice.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of effectively guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance
  • Ability to motivate and confidently navigate difficult conversations, focused on constructive feedback and facing challenges in a respectful and solution-focused manner
  • Experience in leading disability, community or social services programs that align with organisational goals and legislative requirements
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and person-centred approach
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement sustainable processes, focused on long-term success
  • Experience in budget management and financial oversight within a service environment
  • A commitment to fostering inclusive and empowering supports
