Job Title: Technology Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Technology Infrastructure Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing top-notch support to end-users, maintaining and managing equipment, and assisting with daily support ticket inquiries.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage end-user equipment (laptops, desktops, mobiles, workstations) to ensure an excellent user experience.
  • Assist in the daily management of all support ticket enquiries.
  • Develop knowledge base articles to provide faster and improved resolution times.
  • Lead initiatives to improve and provision support service workflows and introduce efficiencies.
  • Collaborate on projects defined by the technology roadmap, assisting the tech team.

System Administration and Resource Management

This role requires strong system administration skills, including the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams Admin. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls, identifying and resolving technical issues.


Help Desk and Technology Advice
  • Support and guide operational users on technology or systems issues.
  • Ensure the provision of high-quality services to users and maintain a strong service culture.
  • Maintain information relating to new starters and leavers, ensuring systems are kept up to date.

Network and Data Security

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying gaps or vulnerabilities in current processes and recommending resolution plans. They will also monitor network and data security, ensuring the integrity of the technology infrastructure and confidential information and intellectual property.


Information Service and Business Projects
  • Ensure all projects have adhered to testing and change management protocol and implementation to production environment is within change management guidelines and policy.
  • Undertake responsibilities for implementation of project initiatives as agreed with direct report or manager.
