Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Technology Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel cluster's technology infrastructure.

As a Technology Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support and troubleshooting for on-site and remote users across the cluster, administering and maintaining systems, servers, and network devices, supporting IT projects and system upgrades, and coordinating with external vendors for installations, maintenance, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-3 years of IT experience, preferably within hospitality
  • Proficiency in network systems, Microsoft environments, server maintenance, and cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and back-office platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage tasks across multiple properties
