Logistics and Operations Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our business in Sydney. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily with logistics partners to align expectations and resolve operational issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external IT providers to support seamless operations
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal workflows and external handoffs
  • Process accurate sales, purchase, and production orders in SAP Business One
  • Generate and analyze sales and inventory reports to ensure accurate stock levels across systems
  • Support and streamline order processing, inventory tracking, and sales documentation
  • Improve workflows across both procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across logistics and sales operations
  • Conduct monthly supply chain reviews with key stakeholders to identify efficiency gains and cost-saving opportunities
  • Review logistics costs and drive operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain roles
  • Proficient with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and integrations with logistics providers
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting functions
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
  • Proactive, with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve system or process issues independently
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and liaising with external vendors
  • Ability to produce and maintain clear process documentation and SOPs

Working Conditions

Full-time, fixed-term contract, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, in-person work location in Sydney, Australia.
