Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Truck Sales Manager to join our team at the Arundel Commercial Centre.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Promote and sell Isuzu Trucks products through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success.
  • Knowledge of motor dealership systems.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
