Talent Acquisition Team Leader

Miwatj Health is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Team Leader to shape the future of talent attraction, onboarding, and retention.

About the Role:
  • This pivotal leadership role will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession processes, embedding Miwatj values into every stage of the employee lifecycle.
  • You will partner with leaders to align recruitment with organisational needs, coach and upskill the People & Culture team, and foster strong pipelines and succession pathways.
  • With a focus on data-driven insights, continuous improvement, and future-ready workforce planning, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact while promoting community-controlled health settings.
