Executive Commercial Properties Leader

We are seeking an experienced sales expert to join our team in the Greater Bendigo region.
This role involves leading the Victorian initiative in the sales, listing and marketing of commercial properties across the area.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace.
- Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties
- Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
- Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
- Cultivating strong relationships with key account clients
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A natural hunter who is commercially astute
- Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience
- An excellent communicator with the ability to converse with diverse stakeholders
- Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
