We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Employment Services Professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in empowering clients to achieve their employment goals.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to motivate and empower clients to find meaningful employment. This involves:

  • Encouraging clients through various activities to explore and identify their career aspirations;
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL EMPLOYERS TO SOURCE JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR CLIENTS;
  • PLACING CLIENTS IN SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT LEADING TO OUTCOMES;
  • ENSURING ALL ACTIVITIES ARE PROPERLY DOCUMENTED AND ADHERE TO COMPLIANCE AND CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS; AND
  • PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO OUR CLIENTS, EMPLOYERS, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A CLIENT-FACING ROLE;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with individuals overcoming challenges;
  • ABILITY TO CONFIDENTLY LIAISE WITH MULTIPLE EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS;
  • CONFIDENCE IN WORKING TOWARDS KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) AND MAKING PLACEMENTS THAT RESULT IN SUSTAINABLE AND LASTING EMPLOYMENT FOR OUR CLIENTS/EMPLOYERS;
  • A DESIRE TO BE PART OF A TEAM THAT IS COMMITTED TO CONNECTING PEOPLE AND BUSINESS, SO BOTH CAN THRIVE;
  • HOLD A CURRENT DRIVERS LICENCE.
