Senior Legal Expert

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Legal Expert to join our Governance and Regulatory team.
- Deliver effective, timely, commercial and pragmatic legal advice in relation to projects.
- Joint venture / bidding agreements, and other documentation for early-stage development projects such as HOAs, MOUs, LOIs and term sheets.
- General and ancillary commercial contracts for all business units, such as recoverable works agreements.
- High level regulatory matters, including gas inquiries and ring-fencing issues.
- Manage risk in relation to major projects and commercial areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice to support the delivery of projects within our risk appetite.
- Develop and implement standards and processes to drive efficiency in the use of services.
- Assist in designing, implementing and governing services.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with major projects and commercial areas.
The Governance and Regulatory function exists to support us to manage risk through the delivery of independent, commercially orientated, cost-effective, high-quality and timely advice and services.
