Expert Legal Advisor Needed

The role of a Senior Legal Counsel is crucial in any organization, as they provide high-level legal advice and guidance to support the Office of General Counsel.
- Research and provide written and oral legal advice to support the Office of General Counsel.
- Manage the exposure to risk by reviewing, negotiating and advising on contracts and commercial activities.
- Write statements of reasons for administrative decisions.
- Develop policies, procedures and guidelines that promote good law and protect human rights.
- Process applications to access information and prepare submissions to decision-makers, government and other relevant entities.
This position requires a Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in law, strong critical and strategic legal analysis and research skills, and a minimum of 7+ years of post-admission experience, preferably in private practice corporate/commercial litigation.
