IT Transformation Specialist

This is a 24-month temporary opportunity to work as an IT Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing transformation practices to minimize disruptions and maintain operations across the transport cluster.

  • Coordinate communication with stakeholders, project teams, and customers regarding transformations.
  • Provide assurance over transformation requests and establish the Transformation Advisory Board within Corporate IT, ensuring it ongoing effectiveness.

You will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Transformation Specialist in an ITIL focussed and large, complex organisation.

Key skills required include:

  • Experience in controlling forums with a large number of participants.
  • Organisation and Coordination is a big part of this role - be sure you can demonstrate your ability to prioritise, control and complete actions & tasks in a time critical environment.
  • Proven experience with the ServiceNow tool.
