The Opportunity

As a Senior Power Generation Engineer, you will contribute to the future of power generation and renewable energy developments in Australia. You will leverage your expertise in concept and detailed design, grid connection process including power systems modelling, construction and commissioning support, and NEM compliance to drive innovative solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with key clients across Australia to develop opportunities
  • Provide technical input for grid connections, substation design, and generator connection (including gas, wind, solar, and other renewable sources)
  • Manage project-related design deliverables i.e. single line diagrams, high voltage reticulation design, protection studies, earthing reports, harmonics assessments, load flows etc;
  • Review subcontractors' and equipment suppliers' detailed design documents for completeness and compliance to Australian Standards
  • Participate in project delivery, construction and commissioning management
  • Site-based support for projects across Australia may be required
