We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineering Team Lead to join our team at WSP Global Inc. in a key leadership role.
The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers to undertake the design of a broad range of mining and infrastructure engineering design projects. This is an office-based role working in the design space.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional experience in a consultancy environment in the area of civil mining infrastructure in a team leader or similar role. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification is required, along with registration as a Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of civil engineering to deliver a broad range of civil engineering projects, including earthworks design, road design, drainage infrastructure, site water management systems, levees, creek diversions, and dams.
We are looking for a high-quality individual with the right experience in key areas, including project management and delivery, study management, and environmental sustainability.
The successful candidate will be an independent thinker able to challenge norms, develop new ideas, and keen to progress environmentally sustainable engineering solutions.
