As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic HR agenda and delivering business outcomes that enhance employee performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders on HR-related matters
  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners and Business Consultants to deliver HR services and solutions
  • Collaborate with HR Operation Centres and Centres of Expertise to leverage expertise and provide insightful feedback
  • Develop and implement operational HR plans and priorities for the client group
  • Influence and build relationships with the Research and BPD Executive Leadership Team and people leaders to position HR as a trusted advisor to the business
  • Create a world-class HR team and an engaging work environment by defining and communicating a compelling vision for the future
  • Identify important roles and talent, and assess talent and pipeline risks across the client group
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in human resource management, organisational psychology, business, or related field
  • Master degree in a relevant field, SHRM certification
  • 10+ years' experience in progressive HR Business Partner roles, working across multi-country and multicultural environments
  • Demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles
  • Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic global organisation
