We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Course and Careers Advisor to join our college team. This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity, starting as a contract role with an hourly rate of $45/Hour + Super.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting quality students into our courses and shaping their educational journey. They will work closely with marketing teams, engage with future beauty professionals, and develop strategic partnerships to boost brand awareness.

This role offers a unique chance to inspire and educate the next generation of beauty professionals. You will have the opportunity to work with a well-established global skincare brand that values professional development and employee growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving enrolment targets for on-campus and online courses
  • Building and managing relationships with franchisees, beauty salons, schools, and industry groups
  • Planning and managing College Open Days and supporting marketing campaigns
  • Collecting and analysing enrolment data and preparing feedback reports

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven success in sales or relationship development roles, meeting targets with ease
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Strong sales skills with a solid understanding of the education sector
  • Experience using social media and CRM systems to drive sales
  • A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and can prioritise tasks effectively
  • Tech-savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to learn new systems
  • Ability to manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Education (a degree is a bonus)
  • Australian PR or Citizen
