
Store Administrator

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Store Administrator. This unique role combines administrative support and hands-on stock operations.
As a Store Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the store team by championing day-to-day store administration tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily administrative duties that support store operations, including reporting, rostering, management of Time and Attendance, PO's and invoices, system support for employees entering and exiting the business, organisation store supplies such as stationery and client beverages, and store maintenance.
- Supporting the delivery of operations, including incoming and outgoing product deliveries, preparing, and replenishing stock accurately, both in the back of house and on the sales floor.
- Assisting with various Client Advisor duties which may include hosting, wrapping support, appointment runner, fragrance refill and engraving support.
The ideal candidate will bring a practical, hands-on approach, experience executing large-scale stocktakes/audits, exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills, a compliance-first and safety-conscious mindset, and strong analytical skills with the ability to ensure data accuracy.
Availability for early starts as well as regular weekend work is required.
