Job Description

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive added value within our business by leveraging procurement sourcing strategies and building key stakeholder relationships.

You will support the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives to unlock end-to-end efficiency and deliver cost savings, while contributing to volume and share growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving alignment of sourcing strategies with enterprise priorities and delivering 'right-fit' supplier partnerships focused on value creation, supply security, sustainability, and profit benefits.

Key responsibilities include implementing criteria for Value-Add agreements, enhancing supplier collaboration, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders on priority alignment, governance, and benefit realization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong project management, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Proven experience in complex commercial negotiations across multiple categories, jurisdictions, and stakeholder groups
  • Excellent people skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Critical thinking with the ability to operate in a dynamic, customer-driven retail environment
